Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 21, 2026
Company: Blackthorne Groupe LLC
Blackthorne Groupe LLC does not collect, receive, store on its servers, sell, rent, or use personal information, browsing history, network traffic, or app usage data from Blank Network Monitor, Blank Network Proxy, or Blank Browser for analytics, advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing.
App-maintained records and analysis remain on the user's device. Network communications intentionally initiated by the user—such as opening a website, performing a search, resolving a domain name, or forwarding a connection through Blank Network Proxy—must travel to the selected website, search provider, DNS resolver, server, or other network destination. Those communications are not sent to or collected by Blackthorne Groupe LLC.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications:
- Blank Network Monitor
- Blank Network Proxy
- Blank Browser
In this Policy, these applications are referred to collectively as the “Apps.” This Policy describes the data practices of Blackthorne Groupe LLC in connection with the Apps. It does not govern independent websites, search engines, internet service providers, DNS providers, Apple services, or other third-party services that a user chooses to access.
2. Information the Apps Do Not Collect
The Apps do not transmit to Blackthorne Groupe LLC or a Blackthorne-operated server:
- Names, email addresses, account credentials, or contact information
- Browsing history, visited URLs, search queries, bookmarks, open tabs, or downloaded files
- Captured packets, request or response bodies, DNS activity, domain names, IP addresses, connection metadata, or proxy traffic
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or identifiers used for cross-app or cross-site tracking
- Precise or approximate location
- Contacts, photos, documents, or other personal files
- App usage analytics, behavioral analytics, or developer-operated telemetry
The Apps do not include advertising networks, data-broker integrations, or developer-operated tracking systems. Information that a user voluntarily sends to Blackthorne Groupe LLC for support is addressed separately in Section 10.
3. Local Processing
Monitoring, analysis, display, filtering, and app-maintained recordkeeping are performed on the user's device. Blackthorne Groupe LLC does not operate a remote monitoring, browsing-history, traffic-analysis, or traffic-storage service for the Apps.
3.1 Blank Network Monitor
Blank Network Monitor may observe and display network-related information available on the device, such as domain names, DNS activity, IP addresses, connection metadata, traffic statistics, and request information. This information is processed locally and is not transmitted to Blackthorne Groupe LLC.
3.2 Blank Network Proxy
Blank Network Proxy performs proxy and inspection functions locally. When the user directs traffic through the proxy, the traffic is forwarded to the destination selected by the user or by the originating application. Blank Network Proxy does not route that traffic through a remote proxy server operated by Blackthorne Groupe LLC, and Blackthorne Groupe LLC does not receive or retain the proxied traffic.
3.3 Blank Browser
Blank Browser connects to websites and internet services selected by the user. The App does not send the user's browsing history, visited URLs, search queries, page contents, cookies, or other website data to Blackthorne Groupe LLC.
A website or internet service must receive certain information to respond to a user-requested connection. Depending on the website, the user's settings, and the content submitted by the user, this may include the user's IP address, request headers, cookies, login information, form entries, uploaded files, and other data intentionally sent to that destination. The destination website or service may collect or retain that information under its own privacy policy.
If the user submits a search through a configured search provider, the search terms and information necessary to return results are sent to that provider. Blackthorne Groupe LLC does not receive or retain those searches.
4. DNS, Network, and Destination Services
Internet access generally involves services outside the Apps, including the user's network operator, internet service provider, DNS resolver, VPN or proxy provider, network administrator, destination websites, content delivery networks, and hosting providers. Those services may process network information as necessary to provide connectivity or content. Their practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this Policy.
5. Local Storage
Depending on the App, enabled features, and user settings, information may be stored locally on the device. Examples may include:
- App settings and preferences
- Locally saved monitoring or proxy sessions
- Locally captured or displayed network information
- Browser history, cookies, cache, website data, bookmarks, favorites, open-tab state, and downloads
- Files the user explicitly saves or exports
Blackthorne Groupe LLC does not have access to this locally stored information. Local data remains on the device until it is cleared through available App or macOS controls, removed with the App or its associated data, or deleted by the user. Files saved or exported outside an App remain wherever the user chose to store them until the user deletes them.
6. Optional HTTPS Inspection
Blank Network Proxy may include optional HTTPS inspection functionality. When available:
- HTTPS inspection is disabled unless the user explicitly enables it
- The user must manually install and trust a local certificate before inspection can occur
- Inspection and decryption occur on the user's device
- Decrypted traffic is not transmitted to Blackthorne Groupe LLC
HTTPS traffic may contain sensitive information. Users should secure their devices, protect locally stored data, and inspect only devices, applications, accounts, and traffic they are authorized to inspect.
7. Saved, Downloaded, and Exported Data
Saving, downloading, or exporting information is user-initiated. The Apps do not automatically upload saved, downloaded, or exported files to Blackthorne Groupe LLC. After a file leaves an App's local storage, the user controls where it is stored and with whom it is shared. If the user chooses a third-party storage, synchronization, backup, email, or sharing service, that service's privacy practices apply.
8. In-App Purchases and Apple Services
Blank Browser may offer optional tips through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the purchase and payment. Blackthorne Groupe LLC does not receive the user's full payment-card number, Apple Account password, or other payment credentials.
The App may receive limited product and transaction-status information from Apple's StoreKit system as necessary to complete the purchase. The Apps do not send that information to a Blackthorne-operated server. Apple may separately process purchase, App Store, distribution, diagnostic, or account information under Apple's own privacy policy and may provide developers with sales, transaction, or diagnostic reports through Apple developer services. Blackthorne Groupe LLC does not combine such reports with browsing history or monitored network traffic and does not use them to create user profiles.
9. Data Sharing, Sale, Advertising, and Tracking
Because Blackthorne Groupe LLC does not collect browsing history, monitored traffic, proxied traffic, or app usage data from the Apps, it does not sell, rent, license, or disclose that data to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
User-directed communications with websites, search providers, DNS resolvers, destination servers, Apple, and other services are not disclosures by Blackthorne Groupe LLC; they are communications necessary to perform actions requested by the user. The Apps do not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
10. Information the User Voluntarily Provides
If a user contacts Blackthorne Groupe LLC by email or another support channel, the Company receives the information the user chooses to provide, such as the user's email address, message, and any attachments. Support communications are used only to respond to the request, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Support communications may be processed by the user's and the Company's email or communications providers. They are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and may be deleted upon request unless retention is required for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons. Users should avoid sending browsing history, captured traffic, passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and they are authorized to share it.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Blackthorne Groupe LLC has no server-side browsing history, monitored traffic, proxied traffic, or app usage database to retain or delete. Local App data is controlled by the user as described in Section 5. To request deletion of information voluntarily provided in a support communication, contact the Company using the information in Section 15.
12. Security
Keeping monitoring, proxy-analysis, and browser records on the user's device reduces exposure to developer-operated servers, but no device, network, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for securing their devices, accounts, local certificates, backups, downloads, saved sessions, and exported files.
13. Children's Privacy
The Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children or create user profiles. Websites and services accessed through Blank Browser or Blank Network Proxy are independent services and may have their own age requirements and privacy practices.
14. Changes to This Policy
Blackthorne Groupe LLC may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Apps, legal requirements, or privacy practices. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects how the Apps handle information, additional notice will be provided when reasonably appropriate.
